Is your private well water safe to drink?

Have your private well water tested for contaminants and/or bacteria to find out!

Who: Private Drinking Water Well Owners

What: Testing for Nitrates and Bacteria

Where: Adams County

Why: Testing well water for nitrates and bacteria is crucial for ensuring the safety of your drinking water. High levels of nitrate in drinking water is a health concern and can also indicate the presence of other contaminants such as pesticides. Well water should be tested annually for nitrates and bacteria.

ASWCD will pay for bacteria and nitrate tests for the first 20 people that complete the online interest form (use the QR code or the link to the right), a $41 value.
